What we help you compare

ACA Marketplace plans

Major medical coverage. Many households qualify for tax credits that lower the monthly premium, depending on income and household size.

Private health plans

Plans outside the Marketplace with doctor-visit copays and nationwide PPO network access. Some are limited-benefit plans, not major medical. Your agent explains the difference.

Add-on coverage

Dental, accident and life coverage that can be added to a health plan.

Common questions

Is this the government Marketplace?

No. America's Health First is a private, licensed insurance agency. We are not the government or HealthCare.gov. We can help you enroll in Marketplace plans and compare them with private plans.

Does it cost anything to talk to an agent?

No. Talking with an agent is free and there's no obligation to buy.

When do I need to enroll?

Open enrollment for 2027 coverage runs November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027. To have coverage start January 1, pick a plan by December 15.

Are all plans major medical insurance?

No. ACA Marketplace plans are major medical. Some private plans are limited-benefit plans that pay set amounts for services and are not a substitute for major medical coverage. Your agent will tell you which type each plan is before you enroll.
